Be sure and check the following before you sign the deal. I would suggest
that you have the owner take the trailer to local RV park with full hookups.
If possible ride with them on the trip to the park to test the brakes
running lights and tail and turn signals. After hooking up the water and 30
amp power That way check the AC, water, fridge, all of the lights and 120
outlets. Check the black and Grey tank operations. Check the furnace and gas
connections. Check the TV antenna and radio. If everything works, no leaks,
cold AC, warm furnance then it's propally a good price if the interior and
outiside or in good shape.
