Mr. Burke you nailed it. There are in fact 4 valves under there (2 out of sight) and all were in the OPEN position. I fooled with them until I got the desired effect. You've certainly saved me the cost and aggravation of a service call, and quite possibly an unnecessary unit replacement as well. THANK YOU!!!!! Mark
