On a hot day no body is going to care what brand the AC is as long as it 
works. The Carrier has a feature that recycles the condensate, so it is 
less likely to drool. Airstream does not make an adapter pan for it. The 
installer will have to block the AC unit to compensate for the rounded 
roof. I would recommend you get an estimate in writing before they start. 
$650 for an AC change out is a VERY good price. The electrical will not be 
a problem. If anything the Carrier will draw less current.
