hi, 
  i pulled and cut out the old carpet on my '76 argosy 28' and replaced it 
with this kind of carpet that comes like large 2' x 2' squares. the 2' x 2' 
foot pieces have tacky back and are available at home depot. much easier to 
deal with than real carpet rolls. looks good, survived first trip very 
nicely, and rather inexpensive. i can't remeber the brand name but can get
