I think a few dollars spent at your local RV dealer would be a good 
investment
for you at this stage..
Have them set up the correct valves an SHOW You the correct way to 
operate them.
Also how to drain your tanks and water heater for winter.
Make sure you charge your batteries about every month or so for a few 
hours to
keep them topped off.   It is easy to forget that some of the newer 
appliances
have small sneak drains on your system.
