This is probably a scam, but if you have a doubt open another bank account. Usually 
only takes $5 and if the party isn't legit you aren't really loosing anything except the 
time to do it. When the money arrives take it out and close the account. I would leave 
all shipping, etc. to them, not a lot of chance getting burned if you don't participate 
other than a withdrawal from a now closed account.
