And if they use the information you provide to plunder your bank 
account, that too is a done deal.  This is really no different from 
the "Nigerian Scam" most of us have seen and deleted where a wealthy 
foreigner needs your help - he has millions of dollars he needs to 
get out of his country.  He will give you a percentage of his fortune 
if you agree to assist him. 

Riiiiiight...

Once upon a time, this was a more traditional, low-tech con job - 
they'd need an "advance" to bribe officials followed by all sorts of 
little delays and excuses, all of which require just a little more 
cash from you.  Now they've gone high-tech and at least attempt to 
hack directly into your account using the information you provide - 
sometimes successfully, sometimes not.

Anyway, it sounds like this is a variation on that particular theme: 
you have some big dollar item to sell, they pretend to want to buy at 
whatever price you quote, but what they're really after is your 
account information.

Your call, but personally I wouldn't go near this one.
