IF I were going to replace the intire floor in a trailer I would make my own 
foam sandwich usinf sheets of (KLEGECELL) This material is avalable in48x96 in 
sheets the ptice ranges from about $85.00 to$131.00 Depending on the grade5/8 
is somewhat cheeper and that is what I would use.I would than lay up on each 
side 2 layers of 10oz fiberglass cloth The lside on the inside of the trailer 
can be sanded smooth and any desired floor put over it. the strength is 
outstanding and this product has a good R factor.I have thought that the I deal 
route woulf be to make up a fiberglass frame using Epoxy fiberglass and 
Kevlar.with the compsoit floor bonded togeather. P am toying with the ida of making up a 
scale model trailer using this syatem.Used to always make a one tenth scale 
maodel of any new design boat we were going to build to prove the design.
