Thanks, Jim - I believe i will go the klegecell/fiberglass route for the floor 'sandwich'; do you happen to know if fiberglass/epoxy resins would simply bond to the klegecell, or would it 'attack' and dissolve it? i may have some experimenting to do... tuna
