[A/S] brakes and shocks (Bendix)

When I was a kid in the late 1950's my dad rebuilt old Model "A's" and
Model "T's" as well and re build all the family cars. We had one shop just
for pulling and repairing engines, and another shop just for
transmissions. My dad was excessive compulsive. But he did win 2nd place
in a national car show. His was the only entry that the owner did all the
work (wood and everything). But enough about my dad....

He only used Bendix break parts. In his mind, nothing came close. As a
adult, I also sought out Bendix break parts. They cost more. Sometimes
twice as much as cheep pads. But I buy them anyway.

Bendix could have been bought out by some third word country for all I
know. But back in the 1950's, it was King of the Hill.

Like my dad, I still install Bendix parts and pads on all my cars and
trucks. They also make breaks for airplanes.

They have never failed me, and never squeak or make noise.

Regardless of what parts you buy, you get what you pay for.

Just my 2 cents.
