They are really great!  I've been using one for years.  The latest version
is the best; small receiver, and split screen map.  If you have the HD
space, install the complete data disc.  Then there's no fooling around with
the CD whilst on the road.

One caveat: the map shows almost every pigtrail in the US.  Don't get sucked
into going on a dirt road which crosses over a mountain ridge and fords 2
streams...:).  BTDT!  happy to say the ol 'stream was back at the
campground.

I'd never leave home without it!
