Try either the Bass Pro Shops web site or the Cabela's web site.  One or the 
other sells a device that has a ball on a baseplate and then a steel bar 
goes up and over the coupler to lock on the other side.  It is like the old 
bicycle lock that went through the spokes on the tire and locked through the 
frame but this is much bigger.  Also do a yahoo search for Reese Hitches and 
one of the hits is Hitchfinder which also has the same type of unit.  I 
think they run from $22.95 to $25.
