Re: [A/S] For Conrad and Tricia - Toilet repair
Hunter,
Thanks for the info.
Will start there.
Glad to hear it is "a fairly cheap fix".
We have had to buy a new motor on the furnace, control valve on the water
heater, full brake job on all 6 wheels, new tires and a new refrigerator.
All since March. And since we are not physically able to do any of the work
ourselves any more, we paid $70 an hour for labor!
We were still under warranty for the fridge cooling unit we bought in
Melbourne, Florida last August, but we were in California when it went out,
and the place in Florida wasn't very cooperative about replacing it. We
decided to have Camping World in San Bernardino install the fridge because
there are so many of them across country. They did a fantastic job, the
installer loved the Stream, even though the other guys moaned and groaned
about how much trouble it is to work on an Airstream. We kept the wood
panels from the doors, as they match our cabinets, but they will have to be
trimmed to fit.
But we still are enthralled with our Stream; the dinette and the Queen bed
make up for all the hassles.
Thanks again for quick reply.
