Jim,
The previous 2 owners of this one had never tried it so had no idea of
condition either. I just checked the oil, turned the propane on and pushed
the start button. It fired up within 30 seconds and ran fine. It was quite
quiet as well as it has a huge muffler compared to a lawn mower. The charge
rate was correct as well.
Go figure!
