[A/S] ?? about purchsing tow vehicle

Hey List,

My wife and I recently purchased a 21ft 1962 Safari that is currently resting 
comfortably in Bisbee AZ.  We are looking to purchase a tow vehicle and are 
zeroing in on V8 conversion vans.  I have found a fascinating potential buy on 
e-bay ( 1996 3/4 ton Dodge Ram Van with a  5.2L, 318 V8 engine, with only 58k 
miles, and a tow package), but being a newbie to both online purchasing and 
tow vehicle needs, can anyone advise me on questions I should be asking the 
seller and things I should be on the look-out for?  Will this vehicle comfortable 
tow our new family member.  Any advice would be appreciated.
