You would need an inverter that has at LEAST a 600 watt working rating, most 
likely be one that has around a 1000 watt peak rating.

The inverter would draw the same amout from the batteries that it is putting 
out to the AC device.  In other words, around 50 Amps.  (Volts * Amps = 
Watts)  Everything must be the same on both sides, in and out.  So if it is 
putting out 600 watts AC, then it MUST draw 600 Watts DC
