[A/S] unpleasant question help needed

1st of all,  I am the one who posted regarding the problem with heat- 
we discovered that there is heat within the air conditioning- I am 
concerned tho about using this for more than early morning warm ups- 
any suggestions? Now  there seems to be a problem with the blackwater 
tank? It shows empty to half full- empty after pulling the dump 
handle BUT looking down the toilet  I think it is becoming clogged 
with paper as it seems to fill rather quickly given the fact that 
only my Mother is using it- What is the best route for me to take 
regarding this? Now one last thing-  the unit a 79 sovereign rear 
bath 32 foot had a  near new zip dee awning on it ,since it is set up 
on a perm. campsite and used only on weekends, my Mom decided to 
build a roof over porch and deck-  deck is 34 foot  with a complete 
roof over of 36 feet. Since she will not be using the awning, the 
person from whom she bought the Airstream has indicated the desire to 
buy the awning from her, the problem is, we have no idea what a fair 
price would be so any  advice will be appreciated. I measured the 
awning- it is 21 ft. Sorry this was so long . Thank you in advance
