I had that happen last summer on The Silver Abaltross. We got weathered in 
Wisconsin because of hard rain and set 2 days in an interstate rest aera.I 
worked and finally got the valve apart so i could open it with an Icepick. 
the valve was accessible the fun part was when I finally got it to work that 
it dumped in my lap I laugh about it now. thanks it was raining hard and the 
rain cleaned  the parking lot. we were parked between 2 semis. so I could 
strip down before interning the trailer. contrary to popular belief I can 
testify that ours does stink.we had it working so we could complete the next 
4 months of our trip OK. When we got back to Tampa I went back to the RV 
supplier and told him about it Would you believe that I was the only one that 
eaves had a failure with one of those valves.the nice man did however sell me 
another valve for $1800 It is still laying in my shop and soon I will work up 
enough nerve to install it.
