EOS design makes a unit designed for the marine enviroment.
according to the article  in "Boating" April 03 p.107
This unit seperates the liquids from the solids. you dump the
liquids and the solids are turned to ash. Then the ash can
be dumped any where and the liquid dumped into a regular flush
toilet. The article says that the power requirements are only to
