When the factory replaces panels , like for accident or hail , do they 
just install it over the existing panel ? Seems like I read that here . I 
have a small patch to do , cant decide whether to try a flush patch , 
or go over the corroroded place (its on the roof   ). Stronger going 
over , but more likely to corrode some more that way too .
