Hi Doug,

Just went out in the pouring rain to get the answer...... the lines are under 
the base plate things that connect t the Ubolts.

Easy to do from the looks of it. Just hold the Ubolts so the bottoms are 
level with the bottom of the  frame. Then slip the base plate between the 
gas/electric lines and slip the bolts all the way down and tighten.
