Carl,
 I'd get those bearings packed; the brakes are inspected at the same time,
then tested for operation after reassembly. The tires should probably be
replaced right off the bat, but if they look good and are less than 5 years
old, you could probably run them a while. There's a DOT date code on the
tire.
