try closing your air intake vent (floor of trailer inside the roadside hatch
cover) by 50%.  Also, close the vent in the hatch cover completely or reduce it
with a piece of a thick blue a/c or furnace filter.

target:  reduce the flow of air thru the fridge vent pathway which is a vertical
draw from the floor vent up the back wall and out the roof.
In the summertime, you want to promote that flow and you have to with a fan when
the outside temp gets as hot as the exhaust vented.
In the wintertime, the coils get too cold for the burner to heat up the air to
heat the tubes.  thus, slow down the air flow and thus, raise the temp.
