I get 17-19 regularly with my '99 Crew Cab Dually 4x4.  I just got a 
21mpg posting twice in a row on the last two fills, I think these were 
anomolies though.

I tend to run at about 70 on the highway, not much City Driving, I think 
the 6 speed w/OD STD tranny is helping quite a bit in my case.

I'm shopping it around for sale at the moment, I think I will miss the 
Std tranny though, the wife wants a AutoMatic so she can drive it.

I got 15-16 pulling the '73 31ft. Excella Airstream last summer on a 
2000 mile trip to Canada
