Where are you going to live? It is -5 degrees here (Michigan) this AM. 
Freezing or below and the furnace (a very large draw) will be a necessity to 
keep the holding tanks from freezing. Wintering in an Airstream requires a lot 
of electrical energy. With a battery bank large enough to safely support the 
furnace blower and lighting the standby power is going to be insignificant.
