I LOVE my convection/microwave oven and don't miss the gas oven one bit! 
In a hurry I cook steaks in the convection oven and they are just as 
great as on the grill! In my last Safari I paid a small fortune to 
replace the cooktop/oven and never used the oven once! I prefer to do 
most of the cooking outside and use the toaster oven for small jobs like 
bread rolls.
