[A/S] gas oven or convection microwave

Here is a question for Airstream cooks.

Cook top and combo microwave & convection oven
or
gas cook top & oven

We have always had the gas oven and felt if boondocking we still had the
ability to bake, however we have acctually rarely used the oven which is
often a pain to light.
