There must be more damage then the side if the trailer was blown 
sideways. The tongue looks bent? What happened to the tires and 
underbelly as it dragged sideways? If you have structure damage to the 
frame the integrity of the unit may be compromised. I'd only keep it if 
a mechanic went over it with a fine tooth comb and said the damage was 
only cosmetic. It isn't worth your safety on the road to pocket the 
money and live with the dent.
