Thanks so much for all of the advice from everyone both on and off list. 

Since my tow vehicle,that also tows my ATV trailer, is approaching
200K and eight years old, I think I am going to keep the trailer. The
insurance company and I agree that the trailer was probably worth
$9,000 before the storm and they claim the salvage value to be $2,500.
I think I am going to take the difference and keep the trailer. The
1990 Excella that I spoke of in my original post has a rear queen
rather than the rear twins which I would much prefer. But I would be
an extra $6,000 in debt as opposed to having a slightly damaged
trailer that is paid for and end up with $5,500 less debt. Since next
year we will probably only use the trailer for a few in-state weekends
this seems like the better route. Besides, I am sure I would be able
to get my remaining investment back if I decided to trade later.

Since the trailer was lifted by the tornado rather than being blown by
a straight line wind there was no damage other than the point of
impact with the pole. I did notice that the fiberglass fenderwell was
cracked on that side. The leg of the jack was bent to a 90 degree
angle. I had to cut it off and replace it. It is amazing that there
were no broken windows. I am going to shoot a few more pictures the
next time I am at home during daylight hours to show that the support
pillars are bent slightly. On the interior, the only evidence is that
there is a slight gap at either side of the kitchen counter.
