Ed,
Your message has been here for a while and I just got
back from a week up in Wisconsin, so you may have your
answer already.  My dealer had to actually drill
through the LP tray to get the U-bolts through.  I
also then had to place a ring of foam to raise the
bottles so that the bottom of the bottle did not rest
on the U-bolt.  Not perfect but it works.
