[A/S] Reese D/C installation help

After reading all the messages here telling me that the Reese
Dual Cam sway control would be more than adequate for my needs, I
bought one today. I'm now having trouble installing it.

Perhaps someone who has this unit on a late model Safari 25 can
help.

When I went to bolt on the pivot brackets that hold the cam arms
to the frame using the four large U-bolts, I find that the LP
tank mounting tray is in the way. There is no way to get the
U-bolts around the frame. 

Does anybody have some advice on getting around this problem? How
are other Safaris that use the Reese Dual Cam unit set up?
