There's a Zirk fitting on the trailer side of the
tension bar sleeve.  It's spring loaded. Loosen the
nut, then turn the zirk fitting in and retighten the
nut. If you do not feel tension from the spring while
tightening, the spring is broken. Hensley will supply
new ones for free or they can be purchased at an auto
parts store.
