Hi Tom,

My '99 F-250 PSD has a tow rating of 13,000#.  The TT rating is 10,000# 
because that's all the hitch receiver is rated to tow.  But, if I were towing 
a fiver it would be 13,000#.

Is the 11,000# for a TT?
