         Absolutely right, Tuna...you don't need much in the way of gadgets 
if you only ever tow without unplanned incident...real people don't have 
that luxury - which is a shame.  Add running off the edge of the pavement, 
or across the uneven lanes in a region that's being paved to the list of 
stuff under "panic maneuvers."  Protection against panic maneuvers alone 
makes them worth the small expense.
