[A/S] Buying Input

Hello All, I am new to this and would like some input from you 
experts.  I am considering buying an Airstream, to travel when I 
retire, about 3 years.  I am having a hard time deciding on a trailer 
or motor home, also new versus used, I do not have a tow vehicle so 
if I go trailer I will need to buy one.  can I get some thoughts from 
you who have made this decision in the past, or who have owned both
