Hi Linda,

I wouldn't pull anything Airstream makes or has ever made with a Ford Ranger. 
The wheelbase is too short for it to be stable.... a moving van or semi going 
by it on the highway will set up a situation which could be disastrous.  If 
ytou want to tow safely get a vehicle with a longer wheelbase, a tow vehicle.
