[A/S] 12v generator fix

I just got through setting the idle speed on my Airstream generator and
it works like a charm.
I just set the power jet screw to three turns out and the voltage is
steady now.
I also oiled the governor linkage and found that to work okay.
It is very underpowered but at least it works.
If I turn on four lights and then turn on the stove fan the generator's
field collapses. The manual says this is normal.
