Yeah I really didn't like the condition on the front and back corner
panels. Tell me, are those panels formed in any way, or are they a flat
sheet cut to a specific size and shape that is wrapped around to make a
corner? It's a stupid question, but you never know unless you ask. 

On the side where those funky windows are, that would be fairly easy to
do. I have a metal man that can get me just about any kind of sheet
metal I ask for at his cost. He runs a metal shop that custom builds
commercial vent hoods for restaurants, fast food chains, etc. By the way
is there anything special I should ask for on the metal?

Our goal is to make the unit functional for us, not to necessarily make
it like it was the day it went off the dealer's lot.  We do plan to
document every nightmare, idea, and finding along the way and post it on
our site. So at the end we should have a fairly useful site at least.

OH, we found out the RV show is coming to town next weekend. Found out
our closest A/S dealer will be there so we are going to go pick his
brain a little too on a few things, plus look around at everything for
ideas.
