Sounds like a great deal. The 1974s with the rear bath had some problems with 
tail droop.... but the rear bedroom should be fine.

Take someone who knows trailers with you..... tell the guy to plug everything 
in the night before, so you can see if the fridge works.

Check everything.... hot water heater, fridge, stove...... hook up to a hose 
and run water to check for broken water lines.
