To that I would add:

Check for floor rot. Most likely under rear window, also under front
window and around door. Use an ice pick to poke around. If there are no
punky spots it won't hurt the floor.

Run all water everywhere and look for wetness. If it has frozen, the
leaks might be tiny and hard to find.
