Hello,
     I'm looking at a 1974 Excella 31 ft. with rear twin beds. Were 
there any major problems with this model?
     The trailer is advertised as in immaculate condition...for 
$5,000. Everything in working order. Sound like a fair deal??? I've 
never owned one and it would be delivered to our plot of land where 
we'll use it...not for traveling. Thanks everyone.
