Hi Dan,
Lots of great advise on stripping and varnishing. Keep in mind of the
ambiant temperature at which you're working. My experiences have
dictated not working with strippers, varnishes and even paint for that
matter below 65 degrees. If I know I'm going to working with any paint
or varnish the following day, I take it in the house and keep it on
top of the fridge to keep warm. I've even been known to put a can of
spray paint in about 2 inches of water in a pan and place it on the
stove on low for 7 to 10 minutes just to get it warm. Amazing, I'm
stripping and varnishing my '59 Trade Wind insides right now as well.
