Re: [A/S] Locks and Brakes



I contacted Inland RV and they had most lock parts for Airstreams and
were kind enough to send me a diagram with the prices labeled. They were
very nice folks but the parts are very high like the lock itself. I don't
know but I think Airstream is the reason for this robbery. If you need a
new cylinder and key they have it under part # 22140 for $49.90 (US).

On the brake post below about the $400 pads I just wish to add that I
replaced my whole brake system (backing plates to the grease cup) for
around $325 for four axles. This, of course, came with new brake linings.
I got them at a trailer supply shop that caters to all types of trailers.
