Jason, my 68 Globe Trotter had been in a freeze at some time in the
past. The former owner had ran various sections of garden hose to
replace the split copper tubing. I replaced several sections of hose
with copper tubing. I found that standard fitting were hard to find
so I swaged the tubing and then sweated the connections. I also
insulated all the lines. If you can sweat and know how to use a
flair/swaging tool you can get copper tubing to fit almost anything.
Having seen your pictures and your tool belt laying around I bet you
can.

I also replaced all the faucets as they were beyond rebuild. I looked
at the RV dealers but found paying $25.00 to $30.00 bucks for a
plastic faucet a rip off. I went to Lowes and purchased nice Moen
faucets. The cost was close to twice the cost of the plastic faucet
but I now have nice fixtures and the wife likes the look.

Jim N5TJZ Not impressed with RV dealers so far.
