I have been operating my own shop for years and after awhile it becomes easy to tell a fair price from outrite "gouging". Like the guy who was told the case for an Armstrong AC was $350.00 or that the complete disc brake system was only worth $200.00 used, but replacement pads were $400.00 an axle. Good luck to us all.
