OK  I have the loo fixed, I have a new water heater, no leaks...finally!!!! 
Opps..... there go the ceiling lights.
A fuse was replaced a while back when this brown out turned to no light.  A 
fuse with an extra wire attached, I suppose I have to find it and get another 
one... But!
Is this a warning???
Can the battery overheat if I don't replace it right away?  Does it keep 
putting electricity in and become a fire hazard?  How soon?  I'd like to use 
a couple of work lights for a week or two.  Time enough to do real 
damage.????
