I would recommend Port O'Call in Melbourne, FL.  It is not in the SW, but it 
is east of Orlando on the coast in Melbourne, FL.  It is an Airstream park, 
but other brands are welcomed.  If you don't have pets, this is a nice park 
and it is reasonably priced.  Phone the park at 800 982 0255 for details.  

I winter here and can recommend the park.  It is about 3 miles from the ocean.
