Don:

     Colin Connell, the Hensley president, told me last year that he 
actually preferred that the customer install his hitches.  His reason 
was that (a) installation is fairly simple if you follow the 
instructions in the manual; and(b) the customer *will* follow the 
instructions in the manual, whereas some RV places won't.  I don't 
think you'll have any problems...the instructions are very explicit.
