If your buying a new truck & the exhaust brake is an option, I get it 
from the dealer! If you have a after market one put on & have some 
problem later that the dealer says the after market brake caused it, 
you'll have a problem about who would fix it. If you get it thru the 
dealer it will be covered by the warranty & there won't be any 
question about it. I wouldn't buy a diesel with out one.
