Max,
I figured as much about removing the furnace but in taking a good look
at it when I pulled it out it was shot. I left the sleeve in case I want
to install another one and to keep support for the under sink counter
shelf. I will not be camping in freezing weather and should have it
safely stored  with anti-freeze before then!
